1-3/4 cup gluten free all purpose baking mix
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup no sugar added applesauce
1 cup cold water
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Line muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine ingredients in medium size mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into lined muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tops spring back when touched.
- Yields 12 muffins
